Organic recycling is a smart way to re-use wood waste. Huge amounts of organic waste are produced annually from forestry, land clearing and construction demolition. Bark & wood debris accumulate from processing logs at dry-land sort areas, from removing brush and stumps from cleared land and from demolishing old buildings to make way for new ones.

For a nominal tipping fee, clean organic debris is trucked to our organic recycle center in Squamish. Our Morbark Grinder turns it into wood grindings to be remanufactured into high, medium and low-valued products. Triack currently produces a blended high-quality soil and various mulches used for landscaping.

Wood grindings can also be used as a low-cost bio mass fuel to burn in clean-burning co gen systems or as animal bedding. Demolition debris can be sorted, recycled and remanufactured into other high-value building products.
