FULL TIME COMPTROLLER

A flexible, independant  person with a strong work ethic is needed to manage all company finances .

Duties:

Accurate and timely full cycle accounting including but not limited to:
    •    Manage a budget of 1 - 3 million dollars
    •    AR invoicing, collections & AP posting & payments
    •    Account reconciliations
    •    Preparing & filing Government reports - HST, WCB & Source Deduction reports
    •    Payroll, bi-monthly, benefits, T4‚s, new employee set-up, ROE‚s
    •    Preparation of monthly financial statements
    •    Analyzing revenue & expense accounts
    •   Inventory maintenance    •   Thorough understanding of Quickbooks & Microsoft Office

Education and Experience:

University degree + accounting certification & 2 - 5 yrs exp.

Proficiency on computer in a Windows environment

Skills and attributes:

High degree of accuracy, thorough understanding of Quickbooks, Word, Excel

& Efficient at scanning, sending edocs, Strong communicator both verbally and written
